Welp, most of you know by now that Steve has made the big move and started his new job. For those that don’t have the full dope, or have been hearing this and that but aren’t really sure of the details then here’s the word: Steve and Emily moved up to southern Pennsylvania to each manage a separate video store for the company that Emily has been working for. Unfortunately AFTER they had made the move Steve’s position didn’t materialized and the video store left him hanging. Good luck actually for Steve because he was able to land a job managing a skate shop!
So, Steve now works for Fishbone Skate Shop which has 5 stores in all; one of which is in a MALL, which is the one Steve manages – A-HA-HA – oh – eh-hem, so, all of us here at Freestyle wish Steve and Emily all the best and are glad that the video store thing fell through for him (he’s gonna be way happier where he is).
Steve is also moving forward with DRAMA and has put one of our local crew, Jessie Ewers, on flow (congratulations Jessie). Look for new Drama graphics to hit the shelf soon. |
Where do you ride?
Pretty much anywhere and everywhere, but I would say
mostly, Charlottesville, Richmond and VA Beach.
What do you do when your not skateboarding?
Spend time with my wife, watch movies, and think about
skateboarding.
Current Setup?
Drama 8.0 deck, Independant trucks, 53mm Hubba Wheels,
and Bones Reds bearings.
Favorite Trick? I have a lot, but probably smith grinds and big frontside airs.
What trick(s) are you currently working on? Recovering from a broken leg, but I'll probably be back on my board before you read this.
What is the one trick you wish you could do? All of them
Why do you skateboard? Because of the natural high I get from it, and because everything else is LAME! (ha ha)
